Our Vision
This exciting venture is aimed at combining local, wine country flair with the rich musical traditions of the Bay Area. Our new, dynamic property will consist of a 153-room hotel, Hospitality-centric Marketplace, and an outdoor performance and community plaza.
Our Commitment
As native Northern Californians, we are always concerned about the environment and what we can do to ensure clean air and pure water for future generations. To this end, we will construct the hotel with the health of our environment firmly in mind.
Being scrupulous with our consumption of water and power is only a start in our minds. Native landscaping, pedestrian friendly paths, low voltage lighting wherever possible, and a physical and spiritual connection to the Town of Cotati and Sonoma County are all part of our respect for the area we grew up in.

The co-owners of the hotel, the Molinaro Family, have been in Sonoma County since the middle of the last century. As a consequence, we want this to be a “local business” to the greatest degree possible with local wines, craft beers, and distilled spirits at the bar, local fruits and vegetables in our omelettes and sandwiches, Clover Dairy products, and local musicians on stage in the evening.
